1. Store operator and these terms
These Terms govern use of https://peldoux.com and purchases from Peldoux. Your seller and contracting party is LOK HEI DEVELOPMENT LIMITED. "We", "us", and "our" mean that company; Peldoux is our store brand.
Shopify supplies our commerce platform and is not the seller under your purchase contract. Read these Terms with our Payment Terms, Shipping & Delivery, and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.
2. Eligibility and proper use
To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter the contract and authority to use the payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and protect your account credentials.
Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, misuse of personal information, or interference with the website's security or operation.
3. Products and information
Peldoux offers weighted blankets, pillows, and bamboo bedding. Product pages identify available options and relevant dimensions, weights, material composition, included items, and care instructions. Check those details before ordering and contact us if information you need is unclear.
Color may appear different across screens, but this does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed product. An image or general category description does not override specific product information or mandatory product standards.
Stock, prices, and promotions may change for future orders. We do not impose a higher price or a materially different substitute for an accepted order without your agreement.
4. Orders, acceptance, and errors
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt; we accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation unless we expressly accept it earlier.
We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsupported destination, a material pricing error, or a reasonable fraud concern. If an error affects your order, we explain it and seek agreement before proceeding on changed terms.
If we cannot supply paid-for items, we notify you and refund the affected amount, including associated delivery charges where applicable. These provisions do not authorize retaining payment for goods we will not supply or refusing a statutory remedy.
5. Prices and payment
Before you pay, checkout displays the transaction currency, item prices, discounts, delivery charge, and taxes collected by us. Banks and payment providers may apply their own conversion or transaction fees.
Destination charges not collected at checkout are subject to the disclosures in our shipping policy and applicable law. We do not use these Terms to impose an undisclosed additional charge after purchase. Available payment methods are those offered for your transaction at checkout.
6. Delivery, cancellation, and returns
Current standard arrangements are 1-3 business days of processing followed by an estimated 10-20 business days in transit to supported addresses in the United States, Canada, or Australia. Normal standard shipping is US$5.99 where available. The shipping policy explains details, other disclosed services, tracking, and delay remedies.
For cancellation or a change, email support@peldoux.com promptly, preferably within 24 hours. We check whether fulfillment can be stopped; requests are not guaranteed. Statutory cancellation and delay-related rights remain available.
Our return policy provides a 30-day voluntary return offer, free arranged shipping for eligible returns, and no restocking fee. Mandatory rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or undelivered goods can apply independently of that offer.
7. Promotions
An offer's eligibility, dates, minimum spend, and code-combination restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. Check the final total before paying. We honor the conditions applicable to your order. A sale price or promotion does not remove statutory rights.
8. Content, reviews, and third parties
Website content is owned by us or relevant rights holders or used with permission. You may use it for personal shopping; commercial copying or exploitation requires permission or another lawful basis.
Submit reviews and other content only where you have the right to share them. A review should reflect a genuine experience. We may display it for the purpose for which it was provided and reasonably format it without changing its meaning, subject to permissions and law. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or privacy-infringing material. We do not prohibit honest negative feedback.
Independent payment, tracking, and other services may have their own terms. Those services do not replace our responsibilities as your seller.
9. Consumer protections and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes a non-excludable guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy. No term excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where prohibited, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any permitted limitation applies only within the law applicable to your purchase. Australian Consumer Law guarantees and applicable US, Canadian, or other mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and purchase contracts are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules applicable to you. This choice does not remove protections that cannot be excluded under the law of your residence.
You may bring a claim in any court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an unlawful exclusive foreign forum. You may contact support@peldoux.com to seek a resolution; contacting us first is not a condition that prevents exercising a legal right.
11. Changes and severability
Updates apply to future use and purchases and do not retrospectively reduce rights connected with an existing order. We give notice or obtain agreement where required. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
