Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. Store operator and scope

This website, peldoux.com, and the Peldoux online store are operated by LOK HEI DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, registered office: Suite A, 21/F., Eton Building, 288 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean LOK HEI DEVELOPMENT LIMITED; Peldoux is our store brand.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our store and purchasing products from us. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; LOK HEI DEVELOPMENT LIMITED is the seller responsible for orders placed with Peldoux.

2. Customer information and permitted use

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into the purchase agreement or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and tell us promptly if you discover an error.

You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, or interference with the security or operation of the store or other users' information.

3. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including relevant specifications and included items. Read the description, dimensions, installation guidance, care instructions, and any compatibility limits before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse a material difference between an item supplied and its description.

Information about stock or a promotion must correspond to actual availability and stated conditions. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options. If we cannot supply an item as agreed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. We will not impose a higher price on an accepted order without your agreement.

4. Prices, currency, payment, and charges

The applicable currency, product price, shipping charge, and any taxes collected through checkout are shown before payment. Review the final total before placing your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees where relevant.

Any import duties or other destination charges not collected through checkout must be disclosed under our Shipping & Delivery policy and the applicable purchase information. We do not use this clause to impose an undisclosed charge after purchase.

Payment methods are those actually offered for your order at checkout. Payment processing may be subject to the selected provider's terms and security checks. We do not ask you to send complete payment-card details by email.

5. Orders and availability

An automatic order-receipt email confirms that we received your request; it does not by itself guarantee stock availability. We may need to verify payment, delivery availability, or a suspected order error. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and return any payment for the unfulfilled portion as required by applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as an unavailable item, a delivery address we cannot serve, a material pricing error, or a reasonable fraud concern. This does not permit arbitrary refusal of a statutory remedy or withholding payment for goods we will not supply.

6. Delivery, changes, and cancellations

Our Shipping & Delivery policy explains destinations, order processing, estimated transit times, tracking, and charges. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. If we cannot meet an agreed commitment, your remedies under applicable law remain available.

For an address change or cancellation request, email support@peldoux.com as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of ordering. We will confirm whether fulfilment can still be changed or stopped. A dispatched order may need to be handled under the return process, without limiting statutory rights.

7. Returns, refunds, and consumer guarantees

Our Return & Refund Policy explains our 30-day return arrangements and how to contact us about a problem. The policy is additional to rights you have under applicable law, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products.

For Australian customers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedies described in our Return & Refund Policy do not limit those guarantees. Mandatory rights available to customers in the United States, Canada, or another applicable jurisdiction also remain unaffected.

8. Offers and promotional codes

The terms of a promotion, including eligible products, dates, minimum spend, and any combination restrictions, will be disclosed with that offer before purchase. Check that a code has been accepted and that the order total is correct before completing payment. We will honour the conditions disclosed for your order; a promotion does not remove statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property and reviews

The store's content is owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. Do not copy or use it in a way that infringes applicable rights. Nothing in these Terms grants rights to another party's trademarks or designs.

If you submit a product review, it should reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful content, another person's confidential information, or material you have no right to share. We may display the submitted review for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to the permissions obtained and our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not prohibit honest negative feedback or a lawful complaint.

10. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Payment services, carrier tracking services, and other independent sites may also have their own terms and privacy notices. Linking to such a service does not transfer our obligations as your seller to that provider.

11. Liability and statutory protections

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, a guarantee, or a remedy where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, descriptions of website availability, delivery estimates, product care, and third-party services do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach. Any limitation is subject to applicable consumer law and does not apply where the relevant liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law and disputes

Subject to the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, these Terms and our purchase agreements are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

This choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the law of your place of residence, or of any right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive foreign forum through this clause.

Please first contact support@peldoux.com about an order or dispute so that we can try to resolve it. This is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a legal right.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use of the store and future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. Where notice or agreement is required, we will obtain it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
